Shipping & Delivery

In stock products typically deliver within 1-5 business days, depending on the location to which the order is shipped. We have provided an order tracking page and an order history page to allow you to follow a product's delivery, along with the tracking information. Products within the same order may be delivered on different dates; you will be promptly notified of any backordered items. Please keep a close eye on your item's tracking until the package has been successfully delivered.

Fees:

  • Shipping and processing fees will cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order.

  • Shipping is non-refundable.

  • We Offer Free Shipping Service.

International Shipping

All orders shipping internationally will ship via FedEx. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.For shipments to Canada, the recipient is responsible for any applicable additional fees such as GST, PST, HST, and brokerage fees when the package clears customs. Additionally, a shipping fee is applied to all orders from Canada at the checkout page. In cases where the shipping fees cannot be determined, a $50.00 shipping hold will show up at checkout until the appropriate shipping costs can be determined.
